2. Our Services

We convert artwork into embroidery-ready files and provide related design services. Every project is prepared according to the requirements you supply, such as design size, fabric or garment type, and required file format.

Because embroidery results depend on your machine, thread, stabilizer and fabric, we prepare files based on the information you provide. Supplying accurate requirements helps us deliver the best result.

3. Quotes and Orders

• Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the artwork and requirements you submit
• A quote may be revised if the artwork, size or requirements change after it was issued
• Work begins once you confirm the quote and the agreed terms

4. Artwork You Provide

By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it. You remain responsible for ensuring your artwork does not infringe any third-party trademark, copyright or other rights.

We are not responsible for any claim arising from artwork supplied by you.

5. Ownership of Finished Files

Once your order is completed and paid for, the finished embroidery or vector file is yours to use for your own production purposes. We may retain a copy for our records and for re-sending it to you if you lose the file.

6. Revisions

If the delivered file does not match the requirements you originally provided, contact us and we will review and correct it. Changes to the original requirements after delivery may be treated as a new request.

7. Turnaround Times

Any turnaround time we mention is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload. We will let you know if a project needs longer than expected.

8. Payment

Payment terms are agreed with you before work begins. Details of accepted payment methods will be confirmed when your quote is issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the digitizing or design service we provide. We are not liable for production costs, materials, machine time or other losses arising from the use of a delivered file. We recommend running a test stitch-out before any full production run.

The content on this website, including text, layout and design samples, belongs to Expert Art Digitizing unless stated otherwise. Free design files offered on this website are provided for your own use and may not be resold as-is.
