How We Deliver Your Files
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Expert Art Digitizing delivers your completed embroidery digitizing, custom patch artwork and vector art files after your order is finished.
1. Digital Delivery Service
Expert Art Digitizing provides digital embroidery digitizing, custom patch artwork and vector art services. All completed work is delivered to you as digital files — there is no physical product shipped for digitizing or vector art orders.
2. How Your Files Are Delivered
- You will receive an email notification as soon as your file is ready
- Completed files can also be downloaded directly from the client portal
- Files are typically packaged as a ZIP file — extract it on your computer to access your embroidery or vector art files
3. Turnaround Time
Most standard orders are completed within 12–24 hours from the time your artwork and requirements are received. Rush service is available on request — let us know your deadline when you submit your project.
4. File Formats Delivered
Digitized embroidery files are delivered in the format your machine needs, including DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX and HUS. Vector artwork is delivered in AI, EPS, SVG or PDF format.
5. Backups & Re-Downloads
We keep backups of digitized and vector files for a limited time after delivery. If you lose your files, contact us and we can arrange a re-download where available.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your file within the expected timeframe, or a download link or upload fails, contact our support team right away and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
