We want you to be satisfied with the files we deliver. Because embroidery digitizing and vector art are custom, made-to-order digital services, this policy explains when a revision or refund applies.

2. Free Revisions First

If the delivered file does not match the requirements you provided, please contact us first. In most cases we can correct the issue quickly at no extra cost. Please include:

• Your order or quote details
• A clear description of the problem
• A photo or stitch-out of the result, where possible

A stitch-out photo helps us identify the cause much faster.

3. When a Refund May Apply

• The file was never delivered
• The delivered file does not match the requirements you originally supplied, and we are unable to correct it
• The order was cancelled before work started

4. When a Refund Does Not Apply

• The requirements changed after the file was delivered
• Incorrect details were supplied at the time of ordering, such as the wrong size, fabric or file format
• Results differ due to your machine settings, thread, stabilizer or fabric choice
• The file has already been delivered, accepted and used in production
• Free design files downloaded from this website, as no payment was made

5. Cancellations

If you cancel before we begin working on your file, you are entitled to a full refund. If work has already started, we will discuss a fair partial refund based on the work completed.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@expertartdigitizing.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to review and respond to refund requests promptly.

7. Processing

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
