How We Work Out Your Quote
These are the main things we look at when pricing a project. Tell us about them upfront and we can quote faster and more accurately.
Design Size
Larger designs take more stitches and more time to prepare, so size is one of the biggest factors in the final price.
Stitch Count & Detail
Fine detail, small lettering, gradients and layered artwork all take longer to digitize cleanly than simple flat shapes.
Placement & Fabric
A cap, a knit polo and a jacket back all behave differently. Each needs its own underlay and pull compensation settings.
Number of Colours
More thread colours mean more colour changes and more careful sequencing in the finished file.
File Formats Needed
We can supply DST, PES, EXP, JEF, XXX, VP3, HUS and more. Tell us your machine and we'll include the right format.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is included. If you're working to a tight production deadline, let us know and we'll tell you what's possible.
Common Questions
Why don't you list fixed prices?
Because a small left-chest logo and a detailed jacket back are very different jobs. Pricing each project on its actual size and complexity is fairer than charging everyone the same flat rate.
How do I get an exact price?
Send your artwork through the free quote form along with the size, fabric and file format you need. We'll review it and come back to you with a price.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to proceed.
Do you charge for revisions?
